Software Engineer C++

Main responsibilities 

    • Contribute as a member of the SCRUM team, actively engaging in SCRUM meetings, such as stand-up, planning, review, retrospective
    • Design and execute software solutions according to specified requirements
    • Conduct thorough code reviews
    • Implement and adhere to best practices in software development
    • Engage in relevant stages of the software development lifecycle, such as enhancing the CI/CD pipeline
    • Stay current with the latest advancements in software development methodologies


Requirements

    • Keen on acquiring new knowledge and exploring emerging software technologies
    • Strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving
    • Hands-on approach to tasks
    • Proficient in modern C++, with recent experience. Familiarity with C# is advantageous
    • Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with exposure to large codebases
    • Experience or familiarity with:
      • Real-time and concurrent programming
      • Agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM
      • Test-driven development (TDD)
      • Design patterns
      • S.O.L.I.D. principles
    • Git version control and branching strategies
    • Enthusiasm about DevOps and CI/CD, preferably with experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and/or Azure Pipelines
    • Effective communication skills; ability of engaging in detailed technical discussions with colleagues
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (technical) computer science or a related technical field
    • Proficiency in English, both oral and written
