Project Manager Radar Technology

Main responsibilities  


  • Manage projects with a focus on signal processing and algorithm development.
  • Work closely with business developers to understand customer needs and project requirements.
  • Assist in risk assessment during the quotation process.
  • Plan and organize research activities, ensuring team members know their roles and responsibilities.
  • Build a strong team dynamic, encouraging growth and development.


Requirements


  • A master's degree or PhD in a technical field such as data science, mathematics, electrical engineering, or physics.
  • Experience with signal processing and radar technology.
  • Familiarity with emerging data processing techniques like AI.
  • An affinity for defense-related projects is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
