Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Projectmanager om het team in Den Haag te versterken. 

Als Project Manager binnen de afdeling Intelligence & Decision Support (IDS) geef je leiding aan een team van 35 gedreven experts, gespecialiseerd in toegepaste wiskunde, data science, AI, criminologie en intelligence.  Je bent de drijvende kracht achter complexe projecten voor veiligheidspartners en zorgt ervoor dat deze succesvol worden ontwikkeld, uitgevoerd en opgeleverd.

In deze rol staat het team centraal. Je bent niet alleen een manager, maar ook een coach die teamleden begeleidt om hun volledige potentieel te bereiken, terwijl je klantverwachtingen en kwalitatief hoogwaardige resultaten beheert.

Project Manager Intelligence & AI Decision Support

Main responsibilities 


  • Projectleiderschap: Beheer gelijktijdig 2 tot 5 projecten van verschillende omvang en complexiteit.

  • Stakeholdermanagement: Fungeer als de primaire schakel tussen vakexperts en externe stakeholders/klanten.

  • Teamontwikkeling: Begeleid en coach multidisciplinaire teamleden om projectdoelen en persoonlijke groei te realiseren.

  • Operations: Zorg ervoor dat projecten binnen budget blijven, deadlines halen en voldoen aan kwaliteitsafspraken, zelfs wanneer de projectomvang verandert.

  • Business Development: Draag actief bij aan het opzetten van nieuwe onderzoeksprojecten en het vergroten van de zichtbaarheid van het bedrijf via publicaties en presentaties.

 


Requirements

Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding: Academische graad in Kunstmatige Intelligentie, Toegepaste Wiskunde, Data Science, Linguïstiek, Business Analytics of een vergelijkbaar technisch vakgebied, of relevante ervaring die je een sterke basis geeft.
  • Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het leiden van projectteams van 5 tot 10+ personen.
  • Domeinexpertise: Ervaring met, of tenminste een aantoonbare affiniteit met de sector Defensie en Veiligheid.
  • Communicatie: Uitstekende "soft skills" met het vermogen om effectief te werken in een teamgeoriënteerde omgeving.
  • Talen: Volledige professionele vaardigheid in zowel Nederlands als Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling).

Vereiste competenties

  • De "Technische Vertaler": Je spreekt de taal van experts op hoog niveau en vertaalt technische concepten naar duidelijke informatie voor partners en stakeholders.
  • Gestructureerde Multitasker: Je blinkt uit in het schakelen tussen verschillende projecten en partijen, terwijl je een nauwgezette en georganiseerde workflow behoudt.
  • Doelgerichte Visionair: Je "zet de stip op de horizon" voor elk project en houdt alle partijen gefocust op het einddoel en de waarde die aan partners wordt geleverd.
  • Gebalanceerd Leiderschap: Je vindt het evenwicht tussen technische resultaten, klanttevredenheid, teamgeest en beschikbare middelen (tijd/budget).
