Microwave IC Designer 

Main responsibilities 

 

  • Designing circuits for advanced radar systems
  • Collaborating on Electronically Scanned Array antennas for naval radar
  • Developing integrated circuits using cutting-edge technologies


Requirements

 

  • Advanced degree in electrical engineering (minimum master's level)
  • Strong analytical abilities and adept problem-solving skills
  • Keen interest in technology and circuit design
  • Proven track record with at least 15 years of experience in analog circuit design, with expertise in (Bi)CMOS or III-V semiconductors
  • Practical experience with Cadence IC design, layout, and verification tools, or with ADS design software
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Interest in defence-related projects and applications
  • Experience in practical design solutions
  • Ability to think beyond chip level
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage deadlines
  • Willingness to work from our Hague office at least three days a week
  • Fluency in English is a must; preference for Dutch language skills or willingness to learn Dutch
