We are currently looking for a Innovation Manager to join the team in Leiden.

You will lead our Tech Hub team in the Netherlands. You will liaise with the organisation and with partners and government institutions to initiate and shape research and technology programmes for the roadmaps.  You will oversee the progress of projects in our portfolio and report on those. 


Please mind that this position is intended to last until May 31st 2026, with no guaranteed extension. Freelancer agreements are welcome.

Innovation Manager 

Main responsibilities 


  • Liaise with the Dutch innovation ecosystem to further develop the ambitions of the Tech Hub 
  • Be the representative of the group and engage with stakeholders.
    Engage with stakeholder.
  • Establish new relationships and collaborations with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate new relevant project proposals and define appropriate funding schemes for new collaborations.
  • Manage growth and develop the organisation

 


Requirements


  • You have a relevant educational degree.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in innovation management.
  • You are familiar with the Dutch Aerospace ecosystem and have a network within it.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, able to adapt and communicate well.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team as well as being in touch with external stakeholders.
  • You speak English. Dutch is an asset.
