We are currently looking for an Asset & Maintenance Management Engineer to join the team in Amsterdam.

Main responsibilities
Whether you are looking to grow long-term as a maintenance expert or prefer to contribute your expertise in a project-based or shorter-term role, this position offers meaningful impact, technical depth, and room to develop.
- Support clients in addressing asset and maintenance management challenges, both technical and organizational.
- Work hands-on with maintenance teams to analyze issues, co-develop solutions, and implement improvements.
- Contribute to the development of innovative maintenance concepts, methods, and tools that add value for future customers.
- Translate ideas into demonstrable solutions, such as models, methodologies, or decision-support tools.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from different disciplines to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions.
- Balance creativity with structured thinking to solve complex problems and deliver tangible results.

Continuously develop your expertise in asset & maintenance management, aligned with your career goals.
Requirements
- Affinity with or interest in asset and maintenance management.
- Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in asset or maintenance management is a plus, but motivated professionals looking to grow are also welcome.
- A proactive, problem-solving, and hands-on mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ambition to develop into a maintenance management expert, either in a long-term role or through project-based work.
- Interest in innovation, market opportunities, and product or service development.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level).
