We are currently looking for an Assembly Engineer to join the team in Rotterdam.
As an Assembly Engineer, you will be part of the System Integration team, focusing on the assembly, validation, and testing of the mini atomic force microscope (MAFM).

Assembly Engineer
Main responsibilities
- You will work on the assembly with delicate mechanics and hundreds of components to create the mini atomic force microscope (MAFM), in an ISO 5 clean room.
- You will work on the assembly of the MAFM.
- You can suggest improvements and update procedures.
- You will test and validate the MAFM.
- You will create reports and logs.
Requirements
- You have an educational background in Fine Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- You have relevant working experience as an Assembly Engineer, AIT Engineer, or similar.
- You have worked with precision equipment.
- Background in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Optics is an advantage.
- You have a basic knowledge of coding.
