Talent Sourcer

Main responsibilities 

Here’s what your day might look like:

• Search for potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and our own networks.
• Do basic qualification checks to see if candidates match the role requirements.
• Keep our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tidy and up to date — adding new candidates, updating profiles, and making sure our talent pools are always current.
• Write and send friendly outreach emails to candidates to spark their interest.
• Coordinate and track email responses, so our recruiters can pick up where you leave off.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with admin tasks, talent pools, and candidate lists.

• You’re comfortable working with email and basic systems (don’t worry — we’ll train you on the ATS!).
• You enjoy doing research, browsing profiles, and spotting good matches.
