We are currently looking for a Software Engineer Quantum to join the team in Delft.
Your Role
As a Software Engineer working for the Quantum department, you will be responsible for assisting the Software Architect when setting up and developing the web-based architectures, implementing, including performing unit and integration tests, upper stack web-based software programming environments, and assisting the team in keeping and improving their Agile/Scrum development strategy.
Your Profile
• HBO is the fields of Physics, Mathematics, or similar
• 3+ years of experience working with modern web-based application architectures
• Extensive experience in Python-based Software Development, especially for web-based applications such as FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or PyZMQ
• Experience with CI/CD using GitLab and GitHub
• Experience with programming environments such as Unix/Linux and also MacOS
• Knowledge of quantum computing at a level to effectively discuss system interface requirements
• Familiarity with designing and implementing quantum computing web-based programming environments
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Knowledge of Docker, Ansible, and Terraform is a plus
• Capacity to work in a team with colleagues from different backgrounds, such as software engineers and researchers
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
