Senior Consultant Computer Vision

At S[&]T we are looking for a Senior Consultant Computer Vision to join the young and growing Intelligent Imaging department taking part in extraordinary projects in the defense and security field.
The Intelligent Imaging team is known to have a considerable impact in the security domain, using considerable quantities of data to make sure accurate information is found and relayed to the designated entity. Currently, their research team is currently developing software and tools to automate the analyses of camera images to be used by their security clients. This is a growing and international department in which knowledge sharing is key as people come from different backgrounds such as Physics or Artificial Intelligence.
Your Role
As a Senior Consultant in Computer Vision, the intention is that you build a true partnership with their clients, mostly in the security domain, acting as an expert advisor, converting opportunities into projects, helping set cooperation, and working alongside a team of pioneer and motivated people that are dedicating their careers to make the world a better place. You will also have the chance to lead some of the projects and consequently the respective teams.
Your Profile
Considering all the challenges of this position, it is critical that you have a solution-maker mindset, a result-oriented approach, an entrepreneurial and commercial spirit, and show empathy towards your clients and team members. Experience leading projects and teams is a plus, but the willingness to learn about it is the most important.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in the industry
• Higher education (BSc or MSc) completed in the fields of Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or comparable
• Demonstrable affinity with Computer Vision and Deep Learning
• Experience using Python. MATLAB, and/or C++
• Fluent in English and Dutch both written and spoken (Mandatory Requirement!)
