As a Scrum Master, you are connected with several Embedded Software teams, assisting them in delivering value to their stakeholders. You are responsible for ensuring that the software development process and the mutual and interdisciplinary cooperation are running smoothly. You will focus on coaching your colleagues, helping them recognize the obstacles and improving their professional skills.

Main responsibilities 


A few of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


• Collecting Data

• Bringing Stakeholders together

• Coaching the Product Owner

• Solving Impediments 


Requirements


• Completed HBO or WO in a relevant field 

•5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach

• Certification in PSM1 or CSM

• Knowledge of Kanban and Lean

• Acquaintance with Software Development 

• Capacity to proactively tackle structural problems in a systematic way

• Fluency, both written and spoken, in English and Dutch
