Main Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master, you will be part of a team of international and multidisciplinary professionals working on one of the most impactful Space projects worldwide. You are responsible for managing the exchange of information between the team members as well as coaching them and promoting Scrum within the company, and this specific project.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with introducing Scrum
- Experience working with researchers and scientific software developers
- Experience working in complex projects such as space projects, high-energy physics or bioinformatics
- Knowledge of SAFe
- Program-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Capacity to be the facilitator within the team
- Availability to travel (Netherlands and International)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Dutch is a pre
