Project Leader Intelligent Autonomous Systems

Main Responsibilities 


As the Project Leader you must ensure that the project's outcome is achieved on time and within budget, working of several projects concurrently, switching between diverse topics. You will work on behalf of clients operating in the Defence and Security domains, developing a clear picture of the needs behind client's questions and of the frameworks and interests of the project. You then plan and organize the research together with the substantive experts and ensure high client's satisfaction. You will also play a critical part looking for new ways to bring the knowledge that your department develops to the market. To achieve this, you work together with content experts and business developers.

 

Requirements


  • Completed HBO or WO in the fields of Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Project Leader in a technical environment, especially related with High-Tech, R&D Development, and/or Product Development
  • Affinity/experience working in the Defence & Security domains
  • Capacity to seeking and establishing strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the converter between technical and commercial aspects, bringing value to the client's projects
  • Experience leading complex projects and translating the technical-scientific research into useful solutions for the (international) market
  • Experience leading teams and onboarding new members
  • Excellent fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
