Microwave IC Designer
Main responsibilities
- Designing circuits for advanced radar systems
- Collaborating on Electronically Scanned Array antennas for naval radar
- Developing integrated circuits using cutting-edge technologies
Requirements
- Advanced degree in electrical engineering (minimum master's level)
- Strong analytical abilities and adept problem-solving skills
- Keen interest in technology and circuit design
- Proven track record with at least 15 years of experience in analog circuit design, with expertise in (Bi)CMOS or III-V semiconductors
- Practical experience with Cadence IC design, layout, and verification tools, or with ADS design software
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in defence-related projects and applications
- Experience in practical design solutions
- Ability to think beyond chip level
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Willingness to work from our Hague office at least three days a week
- Fluency in English is a must; preference for Dutch language skills or willingness to learn Dutch
