You will be integrating an impactful project related to mobility innovation and sustainable urbanization in the Netherlands, which focuses on the construction of digital infrastructures that enable the sharing and use of data. This product enables governments to plan cities' growth more efficiently and keep them livable.

As a Lead Developer, you will join a newly established shaping the technical direction and having a strong influence on the overall success of the Software Suite. Your responsibilities will be composed by but not limited to:

• Lead a team of developers specialized in HPC and User Interface Development

• Lead the production of high-performance algorithms and simulations

• Supervising the technical aspects of the Software Suite, from Architecture Design to Implementation and Testing

• Collaborate with the team to evaluate and select the most suitable programming languages, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements, scalability, and performance considerations

• Guarantee the efficient utilization of computing resources and maximize the software's computational capabilities

• Assure the adherence to design principles, coding best practices, performance optimization, and scalability

• Translate the product requirements into technical specifications, and to estimate development time and resource requirements accurately, contributing to efficient an planning and execution

• Work closely with the Product Owner, Business Development team, and Project Managers to align technical solutions with customer requirements and business goals, bridging also between the internal teams involved in the project

• Guide an encourage your team members to share and contribute with their ideas to the project, implementing an innovation culture across the team
