We are currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant ​to join the team in Delft.

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you are responsible for the growth of several of our teams. Within each team, your colleagues are working on different high-tech innovation projects, both internally as well as on-site with our partners across the Netherlands. You will work throughout all stages of the Recruitment & Selection Process. 


This means you will work alongside your colleagues of the Talent Acquisitions Team, but also have regular contact with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, Marketing Manager and HR. In some stages, you take the lead, such as while sourcing candidates, deciding which are the suitable ones for our vacancies, and registering them in our CRM System (Odoo). In others you will be supporting team members, by preparing candidates, guiding the candidates throughout the selection process, and providing them with feedback and advice. You will also get the opportunity to develop your Marketing skills because you will be writing catchy job descriptions and will help our Marketing Manager define the best strategy to attract talent.

Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Main Responsibilities

Your tasks will include and not be limited to:


  • Source candidates for our open vacancies (internal and on-site) and build a network of qualified people in our domains
  • Liaise with candidates by phone and email to schedule qualification calls
  • Perform qualification calls and share your findings with the team and Hiring Managers
  • Be in constant contact with all the colleagues on the Talent Acquisition team as well as with the Account Managers and Marketing Managers
  • Coordinate appointments between Candidates, Account Managers, and Hiring Managers
  • Register candidates in our CRM (Odoo), add relevant information, and prepare CVs to be presented to the teams and Hiring Managers
  • Maintain email correspondence with Candidates, organizing CVs and other admission documents (e.g. Motivation Letters)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date administration in Odoo throughout the whole recruitment cycle
  • Prepare and advertise job opportunities on websites


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, Psychology or similar fields
  • 6+ months of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment support, recruitment administration, sales support, or inside sales position
  • Understanding of sourcing in platforms such as LinkedIn and using innovative sourcing techniques
  • Outstanding communication skills, positive and proactive attitude
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
