Business Development Consultant

Main responsibilities
As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with our Talent Acquisition Consultants and Resource Managers, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract finalization—ensuring a seamless integration of talent with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and untapped markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and positioning S[&]T as a trusted partner.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling quotations and negotiate contracts that align with client requirements and company objectives.
- Collaborative Talent Placement: Work alongside Talent Acquisition Consultants to ensure the successful placement of consultants in client projects, aligning expertise with client demands.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development within the secondment services industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
